When used with the compatible solar panel, the camera can maintain continuous power, with 20 minutes of direct sunlight per day and a full 8-hour charge lasting up to 4 months. However, it does not offer continuous video recording capabilities due to battery life considerations.

While the camera does not support deleting specific video clips stored on the micro SD card via software, this functionality is slated for a future software release. The camera only supports remote access and live viewing through the Reolink app and client, and RTSP and NAS integration is available by utilizing the Reolink Home Hub.

The Reolink Battery Powered Camera is designed for 100% wire-free easy installation, with the solar panel providing non-stop power and the IP65 waterproof body allowing for installation wherever there is 2.4GHz WiFi coverage.
